Der allererste Live-Action Pokémon-Movie ist anscheinend doch nicht nur was für die Kids von heute, sondern auch was für die Kids von gestern: Ryan fuckin' Reynolds als Pika Pika, neonfarbener Cyberpunk-Charme in den tokyo'esken Straßen von Ryme-City (das Film-Poster sieht aus wie ein japanischer Blade Runner) und natürlich jede Menge süße und weniger süße Pocket-Monsters. The story begins when ace private eye Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son Tim to find out what happened.
